This is more than a retreat to unwind and escape from the chaos, it’s a true yoga holiday. During this week, you’ll get to choose from a fantastic variety of morning yoga classes — From a challenging vinyasa to a slower, more gentle style of yoga. You can also choose to participate in all the fantastic excursions that are included such as the jaguar rescue center, snorkeling and hiking n Cahuita, ziplining, chocolate tour, etc.
Every evening is a treat as well. From a full moon sound journey, to dinner with local families of the Girl for Success Center. As you get to know the like-minded people with you on this trip, You will always be filled with interest and wonder on this yoga holiday. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. This tropical getaway will help you relax, unwind and leave you feeling inspired and rejuvenated.

Join us on our signature trip to the Costa Rican rainforest on the Caribbean coast. We have been offering this Adventure, Yoga and Service retreat since 2006. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys from your bungalow overlooking the Caribbean. After yoga enjoy fun filled days of zip lining through the jungle or exploring an animal rescue center, hiking to a waterfall and through a national park, participating in activities at our Girls for Success center, swimming at two beautiful beaches, river rafting, or just relaxing in a hammock or at the infinity pool.
